Chatot - You have to breed for it
Exploud - Move Relearner or lvl 85.

They should've made another new type tbh. Like, a "Sound" type of some sort. I don't know, it makes much more sense than "Fairy" types

I like fairy types. It would have been cool to introduce two new types again though. A lot of people want sound type, but I think there's only so much you could do with that until the ideas are all gone. Sound type is just quite limited I would say, but maybe I'm just not thinking into it enough

The same could be said about fairy-types, but GameFreak kinda made it work. I've only thought about "Sound" types now, but now that I think about it, it'd probably be too similar to the Normal-type

Maybe a "Light" type would've been cute though, now that I think about.
