The Singles Jukebox. Basically critics get together and discuss and rate singles out of ten. Everyone here acts like their faves are more acclaimed than other acts and this would be a very good end-all metric, at least ATM. At one point in their discussion of "Work Bitch" one of the critics mentioned ATRL.
Pretty sure Becky G has a higher average than Katy Perry
