Lol but on a serious note, the piano. The music just seems so melancholic, I love it.

The trumpet. A key to having anthemic feeling records.

Ya'll are really underrating the clarinet.

I always wanted to properly learn to play piano, I taught myself a few chords and pieces I play on other instruments but piano music is really awesome.

The cello. Played it for years and it just has this rich, deep somewhat somber tone to it.

Double bass and cello. Electric guitar (w/ pedals), piano, and flute too. And some others mentioned here, but those two are my absolute faves.
