Phoebe. I like Prue the least (mainly bc she wasn't really around in the episodes I grew up watching).

Prue then Piper. Phoebe was the cutest but her powers were almost useless, Paige was so-so, she was like the dumbest out of the four.

At first Paige was dumb but season 5 is when she slayed and had her wits
