i was just gonna type something that'd have been a major spoiler!!
last season when i came here for discussion i used to go around ALL the spoilers, mmaking sure i dint read anything unwanted.. now that i have read all the books in the last 3 months.. i am on the other side trying to keep them to myself!!
Apparently he told his friends what happens to every character
yeah, he told his closest friends and The creators of the show!!
but still i'd rather pray nothing happens to him !
and i did some calculations.. and the show will run approximately till 2020 (10 seasons) or 11 seasons max! (even though the show execs said they'd like to end it in 8 seasons, but they could stretch if necessary) so he should give Book #6 next year so he has a solid 4-5 years for the last book!!
I can't wait, season four will be the best yet, the second half of A Storm of Swords is unreal, and if they add elements from the last two books. Slay.
I think they can get 3 seasons out of the 2nd half of SOS, a season out of the first half of FFC & DWD then another one out of the 2nd half of DWD where they all get squished back together, that gives him 4 years to finish this book, and I think he said he was gonna finish it a lot quicker, so even if he finished it in next year he'd have around 4 years to write the final one
i doubt they'll even meet.. 
thats just not an option!
