Well, personally I think you should wait until we can have Adaptability available on him, I was going to train one, but his abilities are not worth it rn. Same with Tyrantrum + Rock Head (given this one is not confirmed yet).
But if you wanna do it, you can Max HP to improve overall bulk and Max Sp. Atk with Modest to hit things hard. That should translate to a very potent Special Tank tbh.
(and it's possible to battle me with it through a challenge)
