In an interview with U.K’s “Attitude” magazine – Cher was quick to dismiss the idea that Gaga is a younger version of Madonna. The 67 year old pop icon said, “you can’t be the young anybody else,” “Gaga is Gaga” and “Madonna is Madonna”.
When asked if there was any other artist she considered to be the “young” Cher, Cher said, “impossible!” Cher said once you get to a certain level, you have to be the young you, but admitted that people will keep comparing until the day she dies.
