45) Nelly Furtado "All Good Things (Come To An End)"
First of three songs from Nelly Furtado in my list is All Good Things. Nelly Furtado indeed had a great 2006 and she even had 2007 as her year. This song is so relaxing to listen to and it delivers a very powerful message. It talks about every thing has a limitation and it will end. Nelly shot the video beside the seashore and in a forest which is a perfect scene for this song.
44) Gwen Stefani "4 In The Morning"
Gwen Stefani's next song in my list is 4 In The Morning. Even though her singles from The Sweet Escape aren't that much of a hit like in her previous album, this one manage to be one of my favorites from her The Sweet Escape album. Gwen eventually does a fine video for this showing her in an early morning set up. There is one more song from Gwen in my countdown, so stay tune for that.
43) Katharine McPhee "Love Story"
2006 American Idol Runner-up Katharine McPhee is at no. 43 with the first track from her self-titled album, Love Story. The song is obviously a typical love experience of a girl. The song is not that bad but Katharine should've released at least Open Toes as a follow-up single. I hope it's not too late for her since she has a great opening success with her album.
42) Daughtry "It's Not Over"
Another deserving finalist to win the 2006 American Idol is Chris Daughtry. The first single from Daughtry's album takes the no. 42 spot with It's Not Over. Their sound is a really unique type of rock which makes me become a fan of their music. The song even talks about a part relationship that can't get over with. This is just 2 out 3 songs from Daughtry in my list, so I've got one more from them later.
41) Paramore "Misery Business"
Paramore takes the 41st spot with Misery Business. At first, I wasn't decided if I should ever put this song in my countdown cause this might be a flop but eventually I appreciate their sound. The video is kinda amusing cause it shows a bitchy girl going around the corridors kissing guys. Paramore indeed has great songs from RIOT! and there is one more coming up which is much better song than this.
