BBM has the best user interface imo. Skype looks nice but it's too bloated and buggy.

I'm so happy it's back, but so annoying you have to ask everyone for their pin. I wish they connected thru fb

I think why people are so hyped for this was that BBM was the originator. If there was no bbm there'd be no iMessage, kik, whatsapp etc. It's a throwback for most 20-30+ year olds cause everyone can be nostalgic and remember the good ol days of bbm. BBM has always been loved it was just the device running it that was the problem.

That would be more convenient, maybe in the next update
