Photoshop CS6. Sometimes I just use an online reziser if the gif has already been made, sometimes that doesn't work good enough though.

I've CS6 as well but everytime I try to to this it shows an error message ( Not available )

CS5, my CS6 doesn't load the videos in the same way CS5 does, and I prefer to make the gif directly out of the video timeline. ;w;

It depends. If it's from a short video and requires no editing, I'll use Photoshop CS6.
If the video is from a TV episode or movie, or I want to add special effects, I'll use After Effects CS6, but the final GIF will be rendered in Photoshop.
