Miley Cyrus is dazzling while attending the 2013 FGI Night Of Stars Gala at Cipriani Wall Street on Tuesday (October 22) in New York City.

The 20-year-old entertainer is scheduled to present the Superstar Award to fashion designer Marc Jacobs.

It was recently announced that Miley will be performing at the 2013 MTV EMAs, where she is nominated for Best Pop, Best Female, Best Video for “Wrecking Ball,” and Best US Act.
