That's because we're not denial about what we are and we aren't afraid of saying it. I find a lot of people irl who sing that "I don't want to put a label on it" song because they're uncomfortable explicitly saying the truth. Are you defending this behavior because you do the same thing or are you trying to perpetuate some fantasy of straight guys with ambiguous sexuality like a lot of gay boys on ATRL do?
