Omg, those of you who have Super Trained and understand how it all works, how in the world do you train level 1 Pokémon (just hatched out of eggs) quickly? I don't hit hard at all and I can't make it through rank 3. Do I really have to do rank 1 training where I get 4 measly EVs?

I don't want to raise them up in levels because they'll get EVs from other Pokémon and that would mean that I'd have to spam my stylus for 6 reset bags.
