I'm mostly saddened because:
- there was hype building up to Venus, the second single, and then suddenly, we already HAD the second single, no sitting and anticipating it, it was already in our hot little hands and we didn't realize it.
- Is she gonna perform DWUW for her appearances now? Dumb, I wanted to see Venus with her fiber optic glory of hair, something that she better save for another single, since it won't be as magnificent in DWUW.
- DWUW is alright, it's a different genre than Applause at least, so Gaga won't get "stale" by the time her album drops, but I live for Gaga's performances and videos more than any of the other pop girls' (more than most artists, in fact), but I can't imagine a crazy interesting DWUW video, at all. :/

That seems to be common theme. Something Katy Perry did with WOA and DH, was it not? Care to defend that?
But there was sufficient time between their releases and Unconditionally release. DWYW was released just 2 days ago and on Monday she wants to release Venus (+video, possibly even perfomances). Thats not really typical
