Britney Spears has opened up about her split from Jason Trawick earlier this year.
The singer ended her relationship with her former fiancé back in January, before starting a romance with current partner David Lucado.
Speaking to This Morning today (October 21), Spears said that her upcoming new album Britney Jean was influenced by the split.
She said: "It was a hard break-up, but it wasn't one of my hardest break-ups, but I definitely had some things to say in my album about it, so you'll see."
On her new album, she continued: "I wanted to do something that was a little more personal for my fans because I went through a lot this year and I wanted to share those personal moments with them.
"I co-produced it with will.i.am. He is so much fun to be with. It was really cool. He's so excitable!"
Spears added that she has become a fan of ITV soap Coronation Street, saying: "I love it - I watch it all the time, it's really good."
Britney Spears has also hinted that she may embark on a UK tour in the New Year.
She will release her eighth studio album Britney Jean on December 2 in the UK and a day later in the US. Watch the video for 'Work Bitch' below:
I think kids change your perspective in relationships because they are her number one priority and in a way it makes other losses not so bad and her love for her boys is so abundantly clear.
I'm glad she is doing good, she is looking great and pretty happy these days, hope it lasts for her.

I agree with you Bea. She knows she can't let things affect her too much because she needs to be there for her boys. Of course she wants someone she can spend her life with, but she knows if she can't be strong for herself, she can't be strong for her babies.

Justin was hard for her to take because of how he tore her down afterward and became emotionally scarred as well. She became rebellious with ITZ, but wanted to settle down and set her sights on KFed for whatever reason. She tried to change a "pimp" into a family man and that was far from what he was going to be at the time "Why Should I Be Sad?" The breakup of that marriage, the custodial battle, alimony lawsuits, and enablers coming into her life...that was a lot to cope with. Naturally, the latter was more traumatic. I think the breakup with Justin changed her the most out of her previous relationships, but Kevin was the hardest to deal with because of the kids.
