This is actually a pretty artsy song, she just did an amazing job at covering the artsy part with sleek metaphors that imply sex.
The song is about the media and how they "use her body". She is saying "you won't use what's in my heart, nor will you listen to what I have to say, so whatever you can use my body." It ties into her message from BTW about how it's the inside that counts. She's giving people her body because it doesn't mean anything like her heart and mind do.
