Not necessarily.
Android does more, but Apple is more reliable.
I mean sure Android can customize etc. but on my Note II, I would literally have to go to keyboard settings and "clear data" after each day just so I could use it without the keyboard lagging.
I tried downloading apps and one would keep saying "Not Responding" and the others were saying it wasn't "compatible" with my device and to request a refund after I spent $7+ on it.
Yet my iPad 1, iPod 4 & iPhone 4 could all play the app no problem. Yet a quad-core Android couldn't? (the same apps wouldn't work on my Galaxy Tab 2 either).
Apple might have a simple OS, but apart from iOS running on older devices, it's mostly bug free. iOS 7 has caused a lot of problems because it's the first time people have had any major problems with iOS. But iOS tells me an app is not compatible before it uses 2GB of data too download and install and then not work.
I mean, even Windows used to say whether or not you met the system requirements before you installed rather than having to find out after you wasted 2GB of downloads.
