i turned off exp share, i only used my blastoise twice and it's the same level as my others

Dusk Stone. I think you can find one REALLY late in the game, but the preferred way to do it is through secret super training.

I'm still on Victory Road stalling, flying back and forth to random locations for reasons. I spent almost the entire weekend getting to this point and now I'm just worn. Just want to finish the game so I can solely focus on perfecting my Pokemon and buying out all the boutiques everyday.

I held off mine from evolving until lvl 65 because Aegislash is not very fitting for in-game play tbh. So I evolved it right before the Elite 4. And Eviolite on Doublade >>>
