Yes, that's right, Rihanna is my #2 artist of 2007. She has done so much this year with her album, Good Girl Gone Bad, and we can't deny that. With a smash hit, Umbrella; a rockish kind of songs, Shut Up And Drive; a soft loving song, Hate That I Love You; a club banger hit, Don't Stop the Music; and the whole album in general, it's such an amazing year for Rihanna. I can't deny that she would've been #1, but someone else impressed me more this year than the lovely, Barbados, girl Rihanna.
#1: Fergie
Rihanna was beat out by the talented, Miss Fergie Ferg. I can't deny it, but I love Fergie! She did so much as a solo artist with, the Dutchess. I fell in love with Glamorous the first time I heard it on her album and it's one of my favorites. Fergalicious, Clumsy, and Big Girls Don't Cry are also such great songs that made this year one of the best in music to me, because these songs kept the year fun and exciting. Can't wait for her next solo album, which is suppose to drop next year, but whether it does or not, only time will tell. Love ya Fergie!
