Lol biggest boost is a stretch, I think Mawile is up there, and Absol got a huge boost as well with his ability, but yeah Bannete was very terrible without the Mega, so it got one hell of a boost.
He is a good Gengar revenge killer but simply CANNOT switch into him at all, Shadow Ball decimates him, he has a chance at Sludge Bomb and Focus Miss but that's shaky at best. A Physically defensive Jellicent doesn't fear him too much as well, and can Burn him with Scald, then he's best stat is pretty much useless from there on. He checks Aegislash very nicely though, but cannot switch into him unscathed and King's Shield is a bitch.
He's definitely not NU material lol, but I wish he got more coverage moves like Hammer Arm or Play Rough, it would be perfect. Please GF.
