Britney's SPARSE writing credits don't compete with the number of amazing songs Gaga has written. If you think Britney has written something better than Bloody Mary or Bad Romance then your delusion is your prerogative.
Britney has written good songs. She has also co-written a few GREAT songs. Gaga is a good songwriter, but I can't relate to most of her songs after "Born this Way".
Well multiple artists that have worked with Britney have said that she does not take credit for most of the songs that she writes on or has input in like many other artists so its hard to say but based on what I've heard I'm gonna say Britney because MATM, Everytime and Someday slay anything Gaga has written.
