The subject of his anger? The "Sunday Night Football" theme song. The WFAN radio host ripped into "Waiting All Day For Sunday Night", calling it the “dumbest song ever created.” The song is sung by country singer Carrie Underwood after she took over theme song duties from Faith Hill.
The thing that pushed Francesa over the edge about the song is the fact that the lyrics imply that football fans have been waiting all day Sunday just to catch the Sunday night game.
According to Francesa, “No one waits all day, they watch football all day!”

He can have himself several ****ing seats. It's not like she wrote it or is the first one to have sang it. At least she looks flawless doing it unlike his busted ass sitting behind his microphone slamming someone with real success and talent.
Oh well, It's proven to be a huge success already and she's received plenty of acclaim for it. I don't think she cares what an old miserable grouch has to say.
