Do you chew your food until it is liquid?
I just read its bad to not chew thoroughly because it can rot inside your stomach and reduce your quality of life/health

I don't think it's possible to make it "liquid".

Something lied to you. Food can't rot in your stomach because of your stomach acid and what doesn't get digested & used or stored as fat traveled down your intestines and into your colon and out your anus.
