Sure! If you're hot/charming aka I'm in love with you, who am I to judge how you speak I mean. As long as he can make a point with what he's saying then who cares. I think some accents are worse than stuttering.
I'm too impatient and it wouldn't be fair to the stutterer. I'd feel awful all the time for allowing it to irritate to me. Maybe if I worked on my impatience, then I'd consider it.
Yeah. I stutter a lot (it's not a condition, I'm just not very good at explaining myself on the spot) so it wouldn't be a big deal to me. If he was nice and cute, why not.

but a bigger question would be “would you date someone who had tourettes” 
So if the stuttering is severe, then I doubt it.
