I think I know how to snatch all the Pokemon that evolve by stone in the GTS.
I look through the rare Pokemon (Ones where there are about 1-4 waiting to be traded) and would see that they want legends in return. I'll just ask for the basic ordinary Pokemon and I can definitely get it. No way I will use my Thunder Stone for a Jolteon. So I traded a Shroomish for one
