Lima is nowhere to be seen. I don't blame them, though.

Apart from 6-7 districts, it's not that nice I looked at a map of Lima the other day and realized I hadn't even been to like 70% of the city Just too unsafe
No. I could be biased and say that my own city Toronto deserves the list, but tbh Toronto is just like New York... iconic skyline, looks great from a distance, but close up it's like New York, except cleaner and and smaller. These cities do not have the magic you feel when you visit the cities on the list.

The only districts I haven't visited are Cieneguilla, Ventanilla, Carabayllo and Santa Rosa.
Soon I'll be there. I will wear as many casual clothes as possible, though.
