For Stone Edge, you have to use Waterfall (behind the Hiker/near the bridge) and surf down the river until you come across some rocks blocking you and it's on the right side.
I need a team of 3 to slay the Battle Institute with. Would anyone go well with Dragalge or should I not use ha? I love ha and ha shiny self but those ground and psychic weaknesses with the slow speed really hurt.

Frost Breath however can be found in a small passage to the right of the final ice slides of the cavern, right before Abomasnow, where a Karate Man is running around. Keep following the small path and you should run into a Hiker and a girl and a vitamin. At the end is Frost Breath. The way to get it is to slide to the bottom right and diagonally slide up-left, then go down.
