Yes, but it takes hours for me to fully EV train someone, especially at lvl 1.
Well I buy 10 of those Protean and Carbos for about 200k that can be easily farmed back buy going through the league, then I just give to my Sneasel, so he only needs 152 in each stat left, and Super Training against the Haxourous and Noviern Ballon gives 12 EV's per round, and it only takes like 30 seconds per round, and do it 12 times and there you have it.
I have a feeling we're getting another Region besides Kalos this Gen with more new Pokemon, that's why Kalos only got 69 new ones, a DLC with a new region and new Pokemon will come. Bookmark me. The backpacker also gave me the Strange Souvenir, it's a sculpture of an unknown Legendary from a new Region.
