After beating the elite 4, go to Café Soleil (the first café you went to in Lumiose City), and the champion is there with a Ralts to trade you for any other pokémon. The ralts has the mega stone and has a Modest Nature plus some amazing IV's. Or mine had that anyway.

I'm so close to being able to box Delphox for good but he's so close to lvl 100
and I haven't figured out who I want to be my 6th pokemon yet. Ugh this struggle.
