Lady Gaga announced in one of her radio interviews today that she will be releasing the Rick Rubin produced track Dope as her second promo single on 4 November 2013

IMO she should have started the promo singles release earlier and put out Jewels & Drugs too. It would have showed three different genres + wouldn't have crashed with the second single. But hey, I'm fine with getting new music soon.
