This album is flaw-free pop perfection. Katy has truly evolved and re-invented her music and sound and has truly proven that Teenage Dream wasn't her peak and that she has more to offer than Teenage Dream. Her songwriting has improved, the production is so distinctive and captivating, and the content of PRISM is very strong and solid in terms of content, Katy is definitely more mature and confident in her own skin on this album. She has delivered possibly one of the best pop albums for the next few years .

I can't believe people are actually deleting songs like idk if it's just me who never does that, but at first I didn't really like some of the songs and now I love them. Let the light in and give them a chance
1. Walking On Air (On point with the 90's dance sound, lyrically appealing, always rooted for Dark Horse until I heard this in it's complete form, would give in my card for an album full of 90's throwbacks atm)
2. Birthday (Typical CA, beverly hills bop from katy and IMO just as good as TD, CG if she has a 'sound' this is it! Showing off a little of the personality we've come to know and love the last two era's [something the album lacks for me personally])
3. Legandary Lovers (Finally some experimental pop, always appreciated when artists especially those who will sell millons no matter what, take their sound outside the box! The verses are strong, the chorus is unique to the album came as a nice surprise!)
4. Spiritual (Again, true to it's late 80's/90's heritage its nice to escape to an alternative sound sometimes, however given how differnt it is and how the album is an amalgamation of different pop genre's it would have been a nice way to break up the pop that saturates the latter half of the album? and it doesn't seem to progress as much as my first 4)
5. Ghost (A sucker for a sad bop, the second song I got true feels with [1. WOA] great progression! great lyrics! great vocals! and easy to get sucked into! It is however the safest of the good bops being the reason why it's number 5 for me)
6. Dark Horse (even though I can't make it past that Juicy verse, its so dull! But LOVE the style, genre, experimenting Dr. Luke gave us with the instrumental and how katy wraps her verses around it all, those chorus's are fire! But yep a beat such as this deserves far better than what Juicy came with, that rap verse totally ways down the song for me being the reason why its number 6)
The rest are a forgettable bunch FOR ME, as I'M not to big on mature katy but I respect the story she has to tell this time around and the album is a great reflection of that! I will however be returning to Teenage Dream, One of the Boys as for me they're more fun, Fun being what i've always taken away from Katy when i've listened to her?
EDIT: 7.This Is How We Do (haha forgot about this! but it too shows and reminds me of what Katy is about and given its unique production and overall mood makes it into my list if I were to listen to this again)
