There's no way to check right now, since there's no calculator. If you plan to breed post-game there's a guy in the Pokemon Center that will tell you what the Pokemon's highest IV stat is. Or you can go to the Battle Mansion post-game and try to calculate it

I think I'll just go with whatever IV's there are tbh. Adamant + Frisk + Super Size is good enough I guess.

I can't say for the others but the Pumpkaboos inherit their mother's form i.e. a small sized mother + a big sized father = small sized baby.

And I think the Flabébé's are determined by the flower on the routes they are in so just look for the white flowers on the region...
