Instagram was big in 2012 and carried into 2013 but i think vine would have to be the biggest of 2013.
I have it but i dont post anything and nobody i know has it, so many of my friends on facebook are always liking/commenting on Best Vines and those pages on facebook. So Vine wins 2013
