Yes. The Super Size Gourgeist has a bigger HP and Attack compared to the other forms (it varies depending on which form).

The Furfrou one doesn't make any difference, nor does Flabébé's as far as I know.

I'm so confused right now. Do I breed with a Ditto and get good IV's (Defense and Spd iirc), or do I breed with my pumpkaboo and have a good nature and possible ability change?

And how do I check the IV's if we don't have the exact base stats?

They pass down the IV's of the Mom I think, cause the Mom to my Sneasel eggs has "Highly Curious" and like 80% of her offsprings give that

There's no way to check right now, since there's no calculator. If you plan to breed post-game there's a guy in the Pokemon Center that will tell you what the Pokemon's highest IV stat is. Or you can go to the Battle Mansion post-game and try to calculate it
