NP! I don't know where/how Blastoise ends up learning the extra Aura+Pulse moves, but Smogon apparently has confirmed he gets access to them. You *might* have to breed him with a Clawitzer, who learns Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse and Dragon Pulse all through the move relearner (I've seen a screenshot of this). I can't confirm that Blastoise does, but maybe he will.
He's definitely kinda a beast now tho. Mega Launcher is amazing.
