They are trash for that; I don't care what anyone else says.
They, shamelessly and knowingly, abused/misused the system and should all be charged for it.
Just the fact that those people left their buggies says it all. They know they didn't have enough money on their little cards to make those purchases had the problem not been rectified.

I have no problem with those who use EBT/gov. assistance properly. But those capitalizing off of a glitch & essentially robbing the financially secure are TRASH.
Think of all the meat & dairy products that will have to go to claims because they ruined while sitting in those buggies. A true mess. And all of the other merchandise that will have to be sorted through and put back on the shelves. OMG.
