It is both, I believe. Only certain digital cable companies provide Music Choice channels. It is like a radio but with basics shown visually. So, if you were tuning in to Music Choice: Adult Contemporary, it would have music playing and basic facts about that artist and/or song. More information about Music Choice can be found at
