Well considering #1 is a new release which will eventually fall, it's fair to say that. You're telling me you've never seen a single post in this thread where people try to see a song's position excluding new releases because we all know that 99% of them fall within a few days?
Work Bitch, on the other hand, is below songs that are weeks and even months older than it, so it doesn't have an excuse.
