Its hard to really judge how she sounded because she sounded more like teaching a vocal move rather than actually attempting the song..

She was teaching the style that should be applied in that song. She wouldn't waste ha time for that because its not her purpose for that matter and occasion.

She was just showing the contestant, that's why she used head voice instead of her upper chest register. Educate yourself, you're only showing your extreme ignorance. You can easily tell the difference between the chorus (head voice) and the beginning of the song (chest register).
