name of the track is perfect, he's 100% a rap god. not even a rap god prolly THE rap god - lyrically might be soty
but overall the song wears off after a couple of listens. it's great for the quotables and flows but as a song you can't really enjoy it over and over again (for me at least) - it reminds me of a 2013 'Despicable'. AMAZING for the lyrics but eventually the song wears off. I wish he had more technical production...Em doesn't need it, he literally is an artist with just his words, he can spit a verse with such great delivery and storytelling you become entranced with that, which is why I think he doesn't pay attention to it much, but if he could upgrade his beat selection it would make his songs so much bettter..

it was a good album, but not great or eminem standard imo (this was before i realized there was a new 'em' and considered Encore a one off). I think the main problem is what I talked about above. There was a lot of rhyming, technically its one of his finest albums, but the lack of content and passion was apparent. A song like underground has multi's for dayyyyss, but he doesn't really say anything in the verses lol, whereas in his older albums he woulda say crazy **** but it was coming from a passionate POV (people criticizing him so him going OFF on them back or playing into the stereotype the media kept putting on to him). just lacked soul if yaknowhatimean. Recovery was kinda like karma tho, because he put soul all over that album and it was so corny...
I will say Berserk and Rap God already make this sound WAY better than Relapse/Recovery comparing the first two songs we got from that (We Made You/3 a.m - Not Afraid/Won't Back Down)
