Nicki and Drake are both rappers. Rapping is a techinque. I could see someone arguing that they are not hip-hop artists in the traditional sense of hip-hop, but they are just as much rappers as Jay, Kanye, & Em.

And just because other fans have done similar things for their favorite artist doesn't make it okay for Eminem fans to do the same.
