I don't think she's announcing a tour. She has no reason to tour. Touring during an album campaign is done to make up for lack of album sales, and she doesn't have trouble in that department.

I think she's gonna officially confirm the Muppets thing and maybe ARTrave.

I was hoping for dates too, and it could be possible to have them just before the album drops. Remember when we got The Monster Ball Tour dates in mid-October and the tour began a week (Nov 27th) after The Fame Monster came out.
