I remember being so disappointed that there was no explicit version of BTW
3) I wish I knew what the CD looks like with this "silver foil packaging" before I potentially order it ... I kinda want that "limited" feeling but if it looks tacky, I'd have wished I'd have just gone to the store to buy the jewel case and get it quicker on release day in that case

1) Electronic Dance Music
2) No, TFM had an explicit version sold later on in December of 2009 when it was released. They just don't sell them in Walmart (because walmart censors all of their CDs) Not sure what happened with BTW.
3) It's just a tin foil, meaning it's not paper but it's a hard cover on the inside and then you'll also have a paper back version. Call it a collectible if you will.

I don't think this is cynical, I think this might actually be what happened. I'm a bit worried for this era now since she's been trying to appeal to the mass market so much and this just hit another nail on the head. Especially if Venus is the newest song on the album, did they just throw it on for commercial success?
She had to "re-do" the track listing, then asked everyone what they want as second single and she chose a song we never really heard much of? Hmm.

Doubt it. A lot of the songs from Swine Fest are still on the album. I think certain songs were just battling each other for certain spots. A lot of those songs were songs we knew about since last summer (many of them made it on the tracklist). Venus COULD be new, but I kind of doubt that with all of the venus imagery she's been using since Applause. Who knows, it's definitely a valid thought though I don't think it's cynical either.
