Love the tabla), International Smile is a filler, By the grace of God its amazing

I agree completely. It's clear why Roar was chosen as lead single. Nothing else sounds like a smash. So many banal, dated, weak-tuned clips.

The snippets slayyy

Legendary Lovers and Spirtual are the only snippets that SLAYED me. The rest of the album (Excluding International Smile and How We Do) seems pretty decent.

Anyway, based on the reviews, I was expecting HUGE things from this album. The snippets were all good, fun and friendly. But there was nothing particularly epic. I was hopping for more fun though, it doesn't sound as carefree as Teenage Dream (I guess that is the 'dark' part).

Roar easily had the most potential to be a smash on the album, so it was the perfect choice for first single. As far as singles beyond Unconditionally, Dark Horse and WOA are stronger than 80% of the snippets, so she may struggle to find a 'Smash'.

Based on what we've heard; 6.7/10

However, that is just my opinion on the snippets. I'm sure this album will sell huge numbers and she will continue to slay. Good job Katy, it's not awful
