Dark type is evil type in japan and can be classified as an unfair way to fight (meaning tricks) or be just full of destruction.

It's not. Ninja's fight in the shadows, they can play smart and dirty. That is what the Dark type stands for partly, playing/fighting dirty.
Fighting(type) is more about fighting with morals, fighting for the good cause etc.
