Maybe the reflection cave? There is some random ass spot that could fit a legendary Pokemon.

I really hope we can catch them and i hope they decided to give Suicune Hurricane, as the North Wind Pokemon it really should get it

I think Team_Minaj already said this but you can capture the legendary beasts Or atleast someone shows you a Suicune pic and says something about a Mirror cave
Ohh that's the cafe in the 2nd Gym City. People show you all kinds of Pokémon, which (I believe) are just for Pokédex purposes.
