It's pretty tedious and somewhat hard to get. You have to get into Secret Super Training, and on the 6th stage, aka whenever your balloon is Aegislash, you have to complete the training with 2 minutes to spare or better to get the dusk stone.

Super traning is ridiculously efficient too, going to be amazing for EV trainers like myself. There's also a type of pucnhing bag which resets EVs to 0 which is incredible
