It's the same way in this situation where she's hiring an exclusively ~little people~ band so they can dress up as trees and bananas and pretend to play instruments while she parades them around like fools.

It's no use trying to explain something so simple to a group of fans who refuse to see this for what it is and defend their fave. And the examples they use are apples to peaches.
Anyways, if defending Miley, y'alls could have said that she didn't even intend for the little ppl to be a spectacle themselves; which while debatable, let's not forget SHE was the main spectacle in her performance. This actually reminds me of the lollipop guild in the wizard of oz, a bunch of little people singing and dancing. Miley could have easily been influenced to just have mini characters back her up on stage as a dirty Dorothy. We'll never know.

Blaming the little chick who feels ashamed; It's like stating that people who sign up for jobs are to blame if they are sexually harassed while working. "Nobody told u to work here". Mess.
