Dec. 10 is the same day FOX airs the American Country Awards. It's the hot-mess-fan-voted country award show. I hope The Voice will give KC a nice lead. And I hope the ACAs will be a hot mess and people will change it to Kelly's special.
NBC will probably air it twice then? like the did with Blake's special.
Last year the ACA's got just over 5 million viewers while The Voice that night had just over 12 million. I'm not too worried about the competition there. I'm here for Kelly getting more viewers than the ACA's.
There was a website that had Kelly's house pics. Remember that one time Kevin posted Kelly's address on here?? I remember her house being really awesome.
I remember that website but not enough to remember the finer details. I felt stalkerish looking at it so it was basically "oh that's a nice room" before closing the link lol

haha me too!!
I wondered if she'd perform at the ACA's, but no need.... girl has her own show that night
She's so cute Airing after the voice should mean decent ratings too right? What did Blakes get last year?
Blake's special was #1 in it's time slot
Quote:
* From 8-10:01 p.m. ET, "The Voice" (3.9 rating, 10 share in
adults 18-49, 12.0 million viewers overall) delivered the #1 rating of
the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, making it Monday's
top entertainment telecast for a 13th week in a row. "The Voice"
topped CBS's comedy lineup from 8-10 p.m. by a margin of 34 percent
(with a 3.9 rating vs. a 2.9).
* "The Voice" is up 11 percent in 18-49 versus its rating for the
fifth Monday live telecast of its prior cycle (3.5 on April 30).
* At 10:01 p.m. ET, "Blake Shelton's Not So Family Christmas"
(2.8/7 in adults 18-49, 9.0 million viewers overall) finished #1 in
the time period
I'm not being shady or anything but blake is completely irrelevant in the UK, what's it like in comparison with him and Kelly in the US? like, whose more relevant?

Kelly's The Crazy Ones episode brought in 19 million viewers
I'm more excited for this X-mas album than I've been for any of her others since Breakaway.
I'm also excited for the NBC special.
I'm really excited for this album, too. It's going to be amazing. Her voice is just perfect for Christmas songs and her take on the classics is going to be mind blowing. I'm so excited to have a full album to play when I put my tree up this year rather than having to keep MGUCL, Oh Holy Night, and IBHFC on repeat
Here are the HDD predictions for last year around Christmas time. The KCE was keeping track of the GH's but you can see Blake's numbers and the other Christmas albums sales: http://kellyclarksonexpress.yuku.com...HAPTER?page=13
Country artists don't sell as much holiday albums as AC type artists. Rod Stewart was selling over 100k that same week. Lady Antebellum also had a Christmas album and it was around 60k+ that week too like Blake's.

I think people prefer their Christmas songs to sound like Christmas songs, and not country song.
