Shes not really popular anymore
but I think Mya would be Bey's biggest competition as far as singing and dancing simultaneously
her tone is an acquired taste but she has vocal skill

A lot of pop girls can sing and dance. The girls you all are mentioning - Pink, Britney, Gaga, etc - are all in the same boat as Beyonce when it comes to dancing.

So to answer the question, yes, Beyonce can sing and dance. She has vocal ability that gives her an edge over her peers, but when it comes to dance, she's just a fish in the sea.
